Downstairs:
The Hall is the main sitting area with large comfy sofas , chairs ,stool and a large television with multi channels. With it’s thick stone walls it stays cool in the summer and with the wood burner it is very cosy on colder evenings. The large buffet is full of toys for the children, another cupboard stores the games and under the stairs is stored the bridge table.

Open plan living area
The open plan living area includes a Dining Room with a table to seat 12/14. The snug has a lovely window onto the front garden with antique desk for home working. The breakfast table seats 6 for smaller gatherings and is right beside the essential drinks cupboard. Keen cooks will be very happy with the well-equipped new kitchen, including a large larder fridge with freezer section alongside a drinks fridge, the range cooker has 5 gas rings and 3 electric ovens.
Next door is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs
All the bedrooms are supplied with luxury bed linen and towels from Soak and Sleep. Goose down duvets and pillows (non feather are available), Egyptian cotton sheets and very fluffy generous sized towels.
